AMENDMENT NO. 2
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Govind Development,
LLC ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Greenwood
Drive from Gollihar Road to Horne Road BOND 2012 (Prosect No. E12092):
Original Contract January 29, 2013 Motion No. M2013-014 $390,773.00
Amendment No. 1 December 7, 2015 Administrative Approval $49,575.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No.2, Exhibit "A".
In the Original Contract, Section 3.1 shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 2, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $38,240.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed
$478,588.00.
All other terms and conditions of the January 29, 2013 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

Engineering Design Change Proposal—New Storm Water Outfall Design (Amendment No. 2)
Dear Mr. Edmonds,
On January 29, 2013 the City of Corpus Christi City Council executed a contract for engineering services
with Govind Development, LLC (GDL) for Greenwood Drive Improvements — Gollihar Road to Horne
Road (City Project No. E12092). The scope of the project includes the widening and rehabilitation of
Greenwood Drive with a full depth pavement reconstruction, curb and gutter, sidewalks and Regional
Transportation Authority (RTA) bus stop rehabilitation. Contract Amendment No. 1 is a change request
for the cost-reduction design changes to Greenwood Drive which is currently in the approval process by
City staff.
City of Corpus Christi — Engineering Services staff has requested, in light of the storm water changes
recommended previously, that Govind Development (GDL) provide cost estimates for a new storm
water outfall for the Greenwood drainage system. The existing system does not meet a 25-yr storm
design and any improvements to the existing system will not increase the capacity of the storm water
system to meet the 25-yr requirements. In short, the existing outfall is maxed out. GDL has provided
these cost estimates and has agreed to provide the requested engineering services to design a new
project outfall.
GDL proposes to perform the engineering services in Amendment No. 2 for a lump sum amount of
$38,240. This fee increase to the current contract includes survey, engineering and design services
associated with the new outfall design. This scope of work excludes any ditch crossings or bridge
structures over the new outfall/ditch.
