THAT, 1814 Holly Road, LLC ("GRANTOR"),of 1814 Holly Rd., Corpus Christi, Nueces
County,Texas 78417,for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS($10.00),to me in hand paid by
the City of Corpus Christi, ("GRANTEE"), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. has
granted,sold, and conveyed,and by these presents does grant, sell,and convey to GRANTEE,of
1201 Leopard Street,Corpus Christi,Nueces County,Texas 78401,a Texas Home Rule municipal
corporation,its successors legal representatives,and permitted assigns,the free and uninterrupted
use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in,on,over,under and along a certain tract of land
situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit A". (Premises)
A map showing the location of the Utility Easement TOGETHER WITH A
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit B".
Said Temporary Construction Easement is to be used for working room and
storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase of the
waterline. The Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates
upon 1)completion and acceptance of the road improvement project by the
City Manager of GRANTEE or his designee or 2) one year from the
recording date of this easement,whichever occurs first.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the GRANTEE, its officers,
employees, agents, representatives, contractors and franchisees, FOR THE PURPOSES OF
erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using, maintaining,
inspecting,reconstructing,modifying,removing,operating,and keeping any and all public utilities
(including but not limited to water, wastewater, storm water, storm water detention, filtration,
drainage,and gas,together with all lines,pipes,conduits,and other equipment,improvements and
appurtenances used in the supply and provision of public utilities.)
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to
GRANTEE,its successors,legal representatives,permitted assigns,and franchisees for the use as a

UTILITY EASEMENT and right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose,and if the use of said
easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.
