TO THE
ESG 2014-2015 SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
AND
CATHOLIC CHARITIES
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") is made by and between the City of
Corpus Christi ("City") and Catholic Charities ("Subrecipient").
WHEREAS, the City and the Subrecipient executed an agreement ("Agreement"),
which was approved by the City Council for the purpose of utilizing the City's FY2014-
15 Emergency Solutions Grant ("ESG") Program funds;
WHEREAS, on September 30, 2015, the parties executed a First Amendment ("First
Amendment") which amended the original Agreement by increasing the funding
amount provided from $25,000, to $36,827.49, and by extending the termination date
from September 30, 2015, to March 31, 2016;
WHEREAS, the Subrecipient will receive additional unexpended ESG funds and will be
granted an extension of the compliance and termination dates in order to complete the
project contemplated under the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to execute this Second Amendment ("Second
Amendment") to express their mutual desire to reaffirm all terms, conditions, and
covenants stated in the original Agreement and the First Amendment and to increase
the funding amount provided in the First Amendment from $36,827.49, to $37,586.76,
and to extend the compliance and termination dates of the First Amendment from March
31, 2016 to September 30, 2016.
Section 1. By execution of this instrument, the parties agree to reaffirm and continue in
force all terms, conditions, and covenants stated in the original Agreement and First
Amendment, as may be amended by the execution of this Second Amendment.
Section 2. Section 1, subsection 1.1, of the Agreement as amended by the First
Amendment is amended by deleting the amount "$36,827.49," and inserting the amount
"$37,586.76."
Section 3. Section 1, subsection 1.2, of the Agreement as amended by the First
Amendment is amended by deleting the amount "$36,827.49," and inserting the amount
"$37,586.76."
Section 4. Section 3, subsection 3.1, of the Agreement as amended by the First
Amendment is amended by deleting the date "March 31, 2016," and inserting the date
"September 30, 2016."

Section 5. By execution of this Second Amendment, the parties agree to revise and
extend the compliance and termination dates stated in the original Agreement as
amended by the First Amendment. All other terms, conditions, and covenants of the
Agreement not changed by this Second Amendment remain the same and in full force
and effect.
