AMENDMENT NO. 2
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Govind
Development, LLC. ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for
Professional Services for Police and Municipal Court Parking Improvements (Proiect No.
E15149):
Original Contract November 23, 2015 Administrative Approval $26,505.00
Amendment No. 1 April 21, 2016 Administrative Approval $9,690.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit"A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the
attached Amendment No. 21, Exhibit "A".
In the Original Contract, Section III. Compensation shall be amended based on the modified scope of
services in the attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit "A"for a fee not to exceed $9,800.00, for a total
restated fee not to exceed $45,995.00.
All other terms and conditions of the November 23, 2015 Contract for Professional Services between
the City and Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed
herein shall remain in full force and effect.

B. City of Corpus Christi Shall Supply or Reimburse the Following:
- All updated AUTOCAD File for project form City.
- Site survey, topographic survey and map.
- Facilitation for the field verification and inspection by City.
- All available base and/or site maps from City Engineering files
- Existing city utility layouts (water, wastewater, gas and drainage)
- All fees for reviews and/or inspections from Regulatory Agencies
- All printing and reproduction cost [through City approved vendor]
- Facilitates the access for the site.
