Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, all for the purpose of owning and keeping drainage facilities and for the purposes of erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing, using, maintaining, servicing, repairing, reconstructing, modifying, removing, operating, and inspecting said drainage facilities under, on, and along said Premises.
