Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No.11, Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Fees section shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached Amendment No. 11, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $45,000.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $1,882,273.00. All other terms and conditions of the December 12, 2006 Contract for Professional Services between the City and Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Director of Engineering City of Corpus Christi 1201 Leopard St. Corpus Christi,Texas 78469 Re: New Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant Contract Amendment Request Dear Jeff: Freese and Nichols,Inc.would respectfully request a contract amendment for the following activities: • Continuation of on-call Construction Management Support for remaining New Broadway WWTIP Phase 1 and Administration Building Items to include inspection service,punch list coordination, coordination with both Capital Programs and Utility Departments along with providing regular updates to City leadership. • Assisting the City in scope development and providing Contractor information to assist Graham in developing of pricing for Clarifier#3 • Assist Capital Programs in scope development for additional project improvements • Assist the Operating Department address plant issues resolution We respectfully request a contract amendment in the amount of$45,000.00 for this effort. SCOPE OF SERVICES A. ADDITIONAL SERVICES 1. Construction Management Support. The Architect/Engineer-NE will: • Continuation of on-call Construction Management Support for remaining New Broadway WWTP Phase 1 and Administration Building items to include inspection service,punch list coordination,coordination with both Capital Programs and Utility Departments along with providing regular updates to City leadership. • Assisting the City in scope development and providing Contractor information to assist Graham in developing of pricing for Clarifier#3 • Assist Capital Programs in scope development for additional project improvements • Assist the Operating Department address plant issues resolution 2. SCHEDULE Date Activity September 2015 Begin On-call Services TBD End On-call Services 3. FEES A. Fee for Additional Services. The City will pay FNI a fixed fee for providing for all "Additional Services"authorized as per the table below. The fees for Basic Services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total compensation for all services outlined in Section I.A.1-4 above,and for all expenses incurred in performing these services. The fee for this project is subject to the availability of funds. FNI may be directed to suspend work pending receipt and appropriation of funds. For services provided in Section I.A.1-4,FNI will submit monthly statements for basic services rendered.In Section I.A.1-3, the statement will be based upon FM's estimate (and City concurrence) of the proportion of the total services actually completed at the time of billing. For services provided in Section I.A.4, the statement will be based upon the percent of completion of the construction contract. City will make prompt monthly payments in response to FNI's monthly statements. B. Fee for Additional Services.
