AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Naismith Engineering,
Inc. ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Construction Inspection Services for
Waldron Road from Caribbean to Glen Oak BOND 2014(Project No. E13099):
Original Contract April 15, 2016 Administrative Approval $10,200.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit"A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract, Section III shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed $3,400.00,for a total restated fee not to exceed$13,600.00.
All other terms and conditions of the April 15,2016 Contract for Construction Inspection Services between the City
and Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in
full force and effect.

Waldron Road From Caribbean to Glen Oak BOND 2014
Dear Mr. Edmonds:
We are requesting that our contract be amended in order to complete the remainder of
the construction phase on Waldron Road and to address other miscellaneous items
requested through the inspection department. We are requesting that an additional 40
Hours of time be added to the contract.
40 Hours @ $85/Hr = $3,400
