THAT D & G RESOURCES, LLC ("GRANTOR"), of P.O. Box 2682, Corpus Christi, Texas
78403-2682,in consideration of$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration paid by the CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI,TEXAS("GRANTEE"), 1201 Leopard Street,Corpus Christi,Nueces
County,Texas,78469-9277,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,has granted and conveyed,
and does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas Home Rule
municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty,privilege,and easement of going in,on,over,under and along a certain tract of land situated
in Nueces County, Texas, and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit A". (Premises)
A map showing the location of the Temporary Construction Easement
by crosshatching is attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B".
Together with the free ingress,egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi,Texas,for the
purpose of repairing drainage structures and erosion damage along the Premises.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. Upon completion of the project Grantee's contractor will restore the land to its original
condition.
2. All other structures,improvements,and fencing that are to be moved during construction will
be placed back to their original locations and condition.
3. During the construction period, free ingress and egress will be maintained to the property
described above.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD,ALL AND SINGULAR,the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of (`nrnrc Christi_ Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a Temporary

BEING a tract of land containing 15,294.88 square feet(0.351 acres)of land and being all of Lots I and 2,Block 7,
Central Wharf&Warehouse,a map of which is recorded in Volume A,Page 15,Map Records of Nueces County,
Texas.This Temporary Construction Easement(TCE)being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a drill hole found on the lower edge of a concrete retaining wall located on the north boundary of Kinney
Street for the southeast corner of Lot 11,Block 7,Central Wharf&Warehouse,a map of which is recorded in Volume 50,
Page 107,Map Records of Nueces County,Texas;
Thence,with said northerly boundary of Kinney Street,same being the east boundary of said Lot I I,North 20°30'27'West,a
distance of 33.45 feet for the Point of Beginning of this description,for northeast corner(no monumentation found or set)of
said Lot 11,for the southeast corner of Blucher Park,for the southwest corner of said Lot 1,Block 7 and for the southwest
corner of this TCE;
Thence,with the common boundary of said Lots I and 2,Block 7 and said Blucher Park,same being the west boundary of this
TCE,North 20°30'27"West,a distance of 103.00 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe found for a corner of said Lot 2,for a corner of said
Blucher Park and a corner of this TCE;
Thence,with the common boundary of said Lot 2 and said Blucher Park,same being the west boundary of this ICE.,
