Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and the City of Corpus Christi
Whereas, on December 15, 2015 the Corpus Christi City Council approved an Interlocal
Agreement Between Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi ("TAMUCC") and the City of Corpus
Christi ("City") for the identification, repair or replacement of aids to navigation ("ATONs")
located on Packery Channel;
Whereas, the parties desire to extend the agreement regarding completion time due to
unforeseen delays;
Now, therefore, TAMUCC and the City desire to continue and extend the Agreement as follows:
The completion dates in Section 3, "PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE", are extended as follows:
"3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The work described in Exhibit A shall be
conducted January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016, July 31, 2016 or until all
required work has been completed, whichever date is earlier."
All other terms and conditions of the previously executed Agreement between the parties which
are not inconsistent herewith are continued in full force and effect.
Executed in duplicate originals by the parties to be effective upon date of City approval.
