AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas. hereinafter called 'CITY," and 361 Incorporated hereinafter called
"CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for
Engineering Web Page Re-Design(Project No. El 2170)as authorized and administratively amended
by:
Original Contract I December 12, 2012 I Administrative Approval 1 $6,000.00
EXHIBIT A shall be modified to include Annual Web Hosting and Support from September 1, 2016 to
September 1. 2017
SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to
exceed $2,400.00 (in figures) Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents (in words) for
a total restated fee not to exceed $8,400.00 (in figures) Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
and Zero Cents (in words).
All other terms and conditions of the December 12, 2012 contract between the "CITY" and
"CONSULTANT" and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein
shall remain in full force and effect
