AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Chuck
Anastos Associates, LLC ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for
Professional Services for City Designated Polling Location ADA Improvements (Project No.
E16339):
Original Contract J September 16, 2016 Administrative Approval $28,500.00
In the Original Contract, Article I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract,Article Ill.Compensation shall be amended based on the modified scope of
services in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed$6,000.00,, for a total
restated fee not to exceed$34.500.00.
All other terms and conditions of the September 16,2016 Contract for Pro - 'onal Services between
the City and Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which . e n• specifically addressed
herein shall remain in full force and effect.
