AMENDMENT NO. 4
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City")and Maverick Engineering,
Inc.("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Tuloso Road
from Leopard Street to IH 37 BOND 2012 (Project No. E12094):
Original Contract January 29, 2013 Motion No. 2013-016 $331,322.00
Amendment No. 1 August 27, 2014 Administrative Approval $9,400.00
Amendment No. 2 August 20, 2015 Administrative Approval $8,400.00
Amendment No. 3 March 15, 2016 Administrative Approval $0.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No.4, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract, Section III shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 4, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $41,692.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed
$390,824.00.
All other terms and conditions of the January 29, 2013 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

Dear Mr. Hale:
Maverick Engineering,Inc.would like to request a modification of$41,692 to the Tuloso Road project
for the construction administration services for the duration of the construction phase.The services
include: review of submittals,responding to requests for information and attending monthly site visits.
The modifications to the contract amounts in Exhibit A will be revised as shown below.
