AMENDMENT NO.1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi,Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation("City")and Govind Development,
LLC. ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Gollihar
Culvert Outfall Repair(Project No.E14039):
Original Contract September 28, 2015 ; Administrative Approval I $29,950.00
In the Original Contract,Exhibit"A",Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment
No. 1,Exhibit W.
In the Original Contract, Fees shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 1,Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed$5,700.00,for a total restated fee not to exceed$35,650.00.
All other terms and conditions of the September 28,2015 Agreement for providing Professional Services between
the City and Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) AND TEXAS GENERAL LAND OFFICE (GLO)

Dear Mr. Edmonds:
Please accept this letter as our proposal to perform additional assigned professional
services desired in developing Gollihar Culvert Outfall Repair Project.
Project Description and Task List:
1. Additional Services
Preparation of the Permit document and correspondence as outlined as
• Prepare and submit a Nationwide Permit(NWP) application package, including
permit drawings to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
• Respond to resource agency concerns and respond to additional information
from USAGE.
• Prepare and submit the package for Texas General Land Office (GLO)
• Correspondence with USAGE and GLO
Deliverables
• Permit application and permit package for USAGE
• Permit application and permit package for GLO
Schedule:
1. 100% Submission 14 to 21 days after authorization

Fees:
A. Fees for NE services include:
• Prepare and submit a Nationwide Permit (NWP) application package,

B. City of Corpus Christi Shall Supply or Reimburse the Following:
• All available base and/or site maps from City Engineering files
• Existing city utility layouts (water, wastewater, gas and drainage)
• Approval of preliminary conceptual designs and sketches
• All fees for reviews and/or inspections from Regulatory Agencies
• All printing and reproduction cost [through City approved vendor]
