337 Yorktown Boulevard, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78418-3161, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), to me in hand paid by the City of Corpus Christi,
("GRANTEE"),the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,has granted,sold,and conveyed,and
by these presents does grant,sell,and convey to GRANTEE,of 1201 Leopard Street,Corpus Christi,
Nueces County, Texas 78401, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors legal
representatives, and permitted assigns, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and
easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County,
Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit A". (Premises)
Together with the free ingress,egress and regress to and for the GRANTEE,its officers,employees,
agents, representatives, contractors and franchisees, FOR THE PURPOSES OF erecting,
constructing, installing, laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using, maintaining, inspecting,
reconstructing,modifying,removing,operating,and keeping any and all public utilities(including but
not limited to water,wastewater, storm water, storm water detention, filtration,drainage, and gas,
together with all lines,pipes,conduits,and other equipment,improvements and appurtenances used
in the supply and provision of public utilities.)
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to
GRANTEE,its successors,legal representatives,permitted assigns,and franchisees for the use as a
UTILITY EASEMENT and right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose,and if the use of said
easement and right of way is ever abandoned,then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

BEING a tract of land containing 2,500 square feet of land out of that tract shown as Park on the plat of Gateway Park,
a map of which is recorded in Volume 7,Page 59,Map Records of Nueces County,Texas.This 2,500 square foot utility
easement being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron rod with City of Corpus Christi cap set on the southeast boundary of Laguna Shores Road,a 50
foot wide public mad,for the"Point of Beginning"of this description,for the west corner of Lot 8,Block 10,said Gateway
Park,for the north corner of said Park tract and for the north corner of this easement,from which corner a disturbed 1 inch iron
pipe found at the intersection of the southeast boundary of said Laguna Shores Road with the southwest boundary of Gateway
Drive,a 50 foot wide public road,for the north corner of Lot 5,Block 10,said Gateway Park,bears North 28°23'35"East,a
distance of 200.00 feet;
Thence,with the common boundary of said Lot 8 and said Park tract,same being the northeast boundary of this easement,
