TASK ORDER NO.6
This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. David Street Access Road from Port Avenue to Sonora Street, located in
Corpus Christi,Texas.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES(Task Order No.6—Right-of-Way Survey with electronic cad drawing). Survey
of existing West Right-of-Way of David Street Access Road and Improvements Easterly,from Port Avenue
to Sonora Street. This task order is more fully described in Exhibit"K.
3. COMPENSATION.The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 5 only is$3,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S)TIMELINE. 3-5 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All they terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and e .

Delivery will be an electronic cad drawing.
TOTAL FIXED FEE: $3,500.00
Deliverable will be 3-5 business days from notice to proceed.
This proposal is based on the current rate sheet and is valid for 30 days.
