This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: E17080 Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services
Task Order No. 6 Padre Island Yacht Club, 13403 Whitecap Boulevard, Point
Tesoro No. 5, Lot 1, Block 1 (Project No. E17122)
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Padre Island Yacht Club, located at 13403 Whitecap Boulevard,Corpus Christi,
Texas 78418.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES(Task Order No.6—metes and bounds with exhibit for additional lease tract).
Locate existing boundary and prepare metes and bounds with exhibit, based on delineation and acreage.
This task order is more fully described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 6 only is $2,000.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 7-14 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and con ions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.
