1. Approving a supply agreement for general use automotive filters to
Southside Auto based on low bid. Estimated annual expenditure is $35,000.
The term of this agreement will be twelve months with option to extend for
an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the Supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. These filters will be used by the
Maintenance Services Department.
