2. Approving a supply agreement for approximately 148,000 feet of steel pipe
size 1" through 16" to Pipe Exchange International based on low bid and
best bid of $429,900. The term of the agreement will be twelve months with
option to extend for an additional twelve months subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This pipe will be used
by the Gas Division.
