This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and between City of Corpus
Christi, Texas (City) and Hanson Professional Services, Inc. (Consultant) dated December 19, 2017 (Motion
M2017-196) (Agreement). Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this
Task Order and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both
parties. Upon execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described

3. COMPENSATION The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 1 only is $125,000.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

Visual field assessment of the accessible routes & improvements at the tac)iities notes anove,
along with recommended improvements.
2.SCOPE OF SERVICES
Field assessment, report of findings with photos, recommended actions, and cost estimates for
these recommendations. This assessment will focus on ADA compliance and
improvements, primarily accessibility from the parking area, into the building entrance and
restroom facilities that will be required to achieve this goal.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $15_,000.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.
4. SCHEDULE
Final Report Submission/ Presentation of Findings to City of Corpus Christi — Delivered on or
before March 2, 2018.

completion.
