This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and between City of Corpus
Christi, Texas (City) and LNV, Inc. (Consultant) dated December 19, 2017 (Motion M2017-196) (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services includes a Property Condition Assessment and
Feasibility Report for the listed properties. This task order is more fully described in Exhibit A.
3. COMPENSATION The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 1 only is $125,000.00.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Visual field assessment of ADA compliance for the four recreational centers noted above.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Field assessments, report of findings at each facility with photos, recommended actions, and
cost estimates for these recommendations. Assessments will include existing ADA parking
and access to the building, main entry doors and threshold, corridors if applicable with regard
to access to restrooms, all existing restrooms.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $8,500.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.
4. SCHEDULE
Final report submission/ presentation of findings to City of Corpus Christi — Delivered on or
before March 2, 2018.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Field assessments, report of findings with photos, recommended actions, and cost estimates
for these recommendations. Assessments will include existing ADA parking and access to the
building, sidewalk, main entry doors and thresholds, corridors if applicable with regard to
access to restrooms, all existing restrooms.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $8,500.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Field assessments. report of findings at each facility with photos, recommended actions, and
cost estimates for these recommendations. Assessment will focus on primary driveways, and
all apparatus bays that are part of this fire station.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $7,500.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.
4. SCHEDULE
Final report submission/ presentation of findings to City of Corpus Christi — Delivered on or
before March 2, 2018.

Visual field assessment of the existing facility for renovations and upgrades.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Field assessments, report of findings with photos, recommended actions, and cost estimates
for these recommendations. We will look at the possibility of adding a private office along with
conducting a general conditions assessment for a list of recommendations for improvements
and/or upgrades to the facility.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $8,000.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.
4. SCHEDULE
Final report submission/ presentation of findings to City of Corpus Christi—Delivered on or

cost estimates for these recommendations. Assessments will include the interior and exterior
of each facility, and will focus only on items needing repair or replacement.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $10,500.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.

Note damaged areas and provide a recommendation for repairs. Assess the existing general
condition of the interior finishes, and provide recommendations for repairs or replacement.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $8,500.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.

Visual field assessment of the existing facility for renovations and possible relocation of
existing equipment from below ground to above ground.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Field assessments, report of findings with photos, recommended actions, and cost estimates
for these recommendations. We will conduct a feasibility study to determine if existing space
can be "water proofed" to protect existing mechanical & electrical systems, or if relocating
equipment is the best option.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $9,500.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.
4. SCHEDULE
Final report submission/ presentation of findings to City of Corpus Christi — Delivered on or
before March 2, 2018.

Field assessments, report of findings at each facility with photos, recommended actions, and
cost estimates for these recommendations. Assess condition of existing HVAC system, and
primary electrical service at the panel. Verification of existing Fire Alarm systems for these
facilities, and recommended upgrades if required.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $9,500.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.
4. SCHEDULE
Final report submission/ presentation of findings to City of Corpus Christi — Delivered on or

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Field assessments, report of findings at each facility with photos, recommended actions, and
cost estimates for these recommendations. Assessments will include current condition
evaluation, existing ADA parking and access to the building.
3. COMPENSATION
The fee for these services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total
compensation for all services outlined above, and all expenses incurred in performing these
services. $9,000.00 lump sum fee will be billed monthly based on the percentage of task
completion.
4. SCHEDULE
Final report submission/ presentation of findings to City of Corpus Christi — Delivered on or
before March 2, 2018.
