CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO.1 TO RENEWAL NO.2 •
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (`City) and Endneerina and
Construction Management Services.LLC('Consultant,agree to the following amendments to the Contract for
Professional Services for Wastewater Service Line Reoalrand Clean-Out Installation and Manhole Rina and
Cover Adjustment Prooram FY 2015-2017(Protect No.El64061:
Original Contract January 11, 2017 Administrative Approval ( 684,480.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A, Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No.1, Exhibit A.
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A,Section III. Fessshall be amended based on the modified scope of services In
the attached Amendment No.1,Exhibit A for a fee not to exceed$15.540,00 for a total restated fee not to exceed
6100.320.00.
All other terms and conditions of the January 11, 2017 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

Dear Mr. Edmonds,
It is requested that subject contract be amended for an increase in fee due
to the contractor being late in completing the Project.
The original scope of work consists of providing total construction
management services for a one-year construction contract for a fee not to
exceed $84,480. The one year period will end on January 23, 2018. The
contractor is expected to complete the work by end of April, 2018, which is
a 3-month extension of services.
Additionally I have been requested to review the bid package, and provide
written comments, for the next contract being prepared by Alan Plummer
Associated, Inc.
My proposed fee for the extended period is $15,840, including the bid
package review.
The contractor's claim for not assessing LD's, and my recommendation is
being reviewed by Mr. Ernesto De La Garza.
