This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. 50.535 Acres being the N Half of the N Half 202.14 Acres of Tract#5 of the
Margaret Kelly Lands (NCAD Tax ID #3895-0005-0002) Acres project located at 1802 FM Road 763,
Corpus Christi, Texas.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES.Task Order No.9—professional survey services is described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 9 only is $4,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S)TIMELINE. 7-14 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditi s of the Agreement
remain in full force and e,ect.

TASK 1—SUBMITTALS
1.1 Category IA,Condition II Land Title Survey $4,500.00
Survey to comply with the current minimum technical requirements adopted by the Texas
Board of Professional Land Surveying and the Category I A—Condition II Land Title Survey
requirements set forth by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors as shown in the current
Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas.
The Client shall provide a current Title Commitment and supporting documentation for
Schedule B exceptions as shown therein,to Urban Engineering.
Deliverable will be a scanned PDF and signed hardcopy originals are available upon request.
