This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.

Sec. 14 J. C. Elliott Landfill (Greenwood Drive at Ayers Street)
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES.Task Order No. 10—professional survey services is described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 10 only is$6,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 10-15 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and--ffect.

Scope of Services
TASK I —SUBMITTALS
1.1 Category 1B,Condition II Survey With Metes and Bounds
Survey to comply with the current minimum technical requirements adopted by the
Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying and the Category 1B—Condition II
Survey requirements set forth by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors as
shown in the current Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas.
Deliverable will be a scanned PDF and signed hardcopy originals are available
upon request.
Fee Not to Exceed: $6,500.00
Deliverable for Task 1 will be 10-15 business days from notice to proceed.
This proposal is based on the current rate sheet and is valid for 30 days.
