AMENDMENT NO. 3
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Solkat
Nava, Torno, LLC ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for
Professional Services for Central Library Roof/Gutter Repairs (Bond 2012) (Project No.
E12121):
Original Contract October 5, 2016 Administrative Approval $17,680.00
Amendment No. 1 May 4, 2017 Administrative Approval $1,200.00
Amendment No. 2 September 8, 2017 Administrative Approval 4,920.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A,Scope of Services,shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 3, Exhibit A.
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A, Fees,shall be amended based on the modified scope of services
in the attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit A for a fee not to exceed$25,490.00,for a total restated
fee not to exceed $49,290.00.
All other terms and conditions of the October 5, 2016 Contract for Professional Services between
the City and Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically
addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendment #3
Dear Ms. Espinal,
SolkaNavaTorno, LLC requests an Architectural/Engineering Design Services Contract
Amendment in the amount of $25,490.00 for additional scope of services for the subject
project.
The Amendment#3 additional NE services proposed are those necessary to modify the
scope of the project to include complete replacement of the Spanish Clay Tile Mansard
Roofing System and complete replacement of the low-slope gravel surfaced bituminous
roofs on the first, second and third floor levels. The Amendment #3 amount proposed is
sufficient to bring the status of the additional A/E services to 60% completion.
