This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: E17080 Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services
Task Order No. 11 Acacia Drive Pipe Burst Survey for TXDOT located at IH 37 and
Acacia Drive (Project No. E17125)
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Acacia Drive Pipe Burst Survey for TXDOT located at IH 37 and Acacia Drive—
296 linear feet of existing 8-inch wastewater line
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES.Task Order No. 11 —professional survey services is described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 11 only is$3,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 7-14 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.
