AMENDMENT NO. 2
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and Urban Engineering hereinafter called
"Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Kostorvz Road
from Brawner Parkway to Staples Street (Project No. E120991 BOND 2012, as authorized and
administratively amended b
Original Contract January 29, 2013 Motion No. M2013-020 $516,210.00
Amendment No. 1 March 20, 2014 Administrative Approval $0.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 10
Traffic Signal Coordination Plan shall be added as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section III. Fees, Summary of Fees shall be modified and is attached as
Amendment No. 2 Exhibit "B" Summary of Fees for a fee not to exceed $24,995.00, for a total restated fee not
to exceed $541,205.00.
All other terms and conditions of the January 29, 2013 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any
amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.

Urban Engineering is requesting Contract Amendment No. 2 to provide traffic signal
coordination plans for signals on Kostorzy Road. The traffic signal coordination plans will cover
5 signals on Kostoryz Road. The total cost to provide requested traffic signal coordination plans
is $24,995.00 and has been added as item 10 to Additional Services. Total contract amount
changes from $516,210.00 to $541,205.00. Please call if you have any questions or require
additional information.
