This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: E17080 Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services
Task Order No. 12 16-Inch Waterline/Define TXDOT Right-of-Way — FM 2444
(South Staples) (Project No. E12076)
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Determine record and apparent TXDOT North Right-of-Way of FM 2444 from
south Oso Parkway, EAST,to Botanical Gardens(approximately 1750 feet)As-built of City of Corpus Christi
16-inch Waterline, define any easements, encroachments, and Right-of-Way width within project limits.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES.Task Order No. 12—professional survey services is described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 12 only is$2,930.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 7-14 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All ther terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.
