TASK ORDER 2
This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and between City of Corpus
Christi, Texas (City) and HDR Engineering (Consultant) dated December 19, 2017 (Motion M2017-196)
(Agreement). Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and
in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon
execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.

PROJECT NAME: 18063C MSA Street HDR Engineering -Bond 2018 Feasibility Report
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project includes developing Utility Base Maps for the feasibility reports
of the following properties:
18014A EVERHART RD(S PADRE ISLAND DR TO HOLLY RD)
18015A EVERHART RD (S PADRE ISLAND DR TO MCARDLE RD)
18027A LEOPARD ST(PALM DR TO NUECES BAY BLVD)
18031A MCARDLE (KOSTORYZ TO CARROLL LANE)
18049A WOOLDRIDGE RD (CASCADE DR TO EVERHART RD)
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services includes developing Utility Base Maps for the feasibility
reports not included in the original scope of services. This task order is more fully described in Exhibit A.
3. COMPENSATION The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 2 only is$6,000.00.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

Dear Mr. Edmonds:
The City of Corpus Christi Engineering Services requested HDR prepare Task Order No. 2 for
developing and including Utility Base Maps for our assigned feasibility reports (4 per report)
since it was not included with the original scope of services. Task Order No. 2 will
accommodate provisions for developing Utility Base Maps for the following reports:
• Everhart Road (18014A)-Holly Road to SPID
• Leopard Street(18027A)-Nueces Bay Blvd to Palm Drive
• Wooldridge Road (18049A)-Everhart Road to Cascade Drive
• McArdle Road (18031A)-Kostoryz Road to Carroll Lane
• Everhart Road (18015A)-SPID to McArdle Road
The sixth report, Padre Island Access Management Initiatives (18034A), does not require
Utility Base Maps since the improvements do not impact City utilities. Therefore, it was not
included in the Task Order effort. HDR requests that Task Order No. 2 for a lump sum amount
of $6,000.00 be approved by the City. HDR will begin work on Task Order No. 2 once it has
been executed and NTP has been provided by the City.

This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and

TASK ORDER NO. 2
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The intent of this contract is to provide Utility Base Maps for the street feasibility reports to
Engineering Services for their use in continued development of individual project scope(s) and
budget(s), for prospective CIP and Bond 2018 projects. This Task Order includes developing a
Base Map for Water, Waste Water, Gas, and Storm Water for each of the following street
projects:
• Everhart Road(18014A)from South Padre Island Drive (SPID)to Holly Road
• Leopard Street(18027A)—Nueces Bay Blvd to Palm Drive
• Wooldridge Road (18049A)—Everhart Road to Cascade Drive
• McArdle Road (18031A)—Kostoryz Road to Carroll Lane
• Everhart Road(18015A)—SPID to McArdle Road
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The content of the Utility Base Maps will include the City's GIS utility information in the format
as supplied by City of Corpus Christi Engineering Services.

3. COMPENSATION

Total $6,000.00
HDR proposes to provide these services for a lump-sum fee of$6,000.00. Any work outside
the proposed Scope will be added, with authorization from the City, through a formal Scope
Change Document and associated fee agreement. This proposal is valid for 45 calendar days
from the date of this Task Order.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of
the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
