This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and between City of Corpus
Christi, Texas (City) and LNV, Inc. (Consultant) dated August 16, 2016 (Agreement). Consultant shall perform
services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the Agreement. This Task Order
shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution, this Task Order shall
supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME/NUMBER: Water and Wastewater Treatment On-Call Support, El 6264
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION—This project provides the Utility Department with on-call services to assist with
any technical, operational, maintenance, diagnostic and design concerns for the City's O.N.Stevens Water
Treatment Plant and six wastewater treatment plants.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES — Harbor Bridge Crossing Waterline Modeling Technical Support more fully
described in Exhibit A.
3. COMPENSATION —The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 30 only is $6,740.00.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

SCOPE OF WORK

Water and Wastewater Treatment On-Call Support
Task Authorization No. 30—harbor Bridge Crossing Waterline Modeling Technical Support
PURPOSE
The new US 181 Harbor Bridge Project is currently under construction under the directive of Texas
Department of Transportation(TxDOT).The project involves demolition of existing bridge,reconstruction
of parts of Crosstown Expressway and I-37 along with construction of a new bridge and connecting roadway.
As a part of the restructuring required for this project and to avoid any potential conflicts,the United States
Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) has requested the City of Corpus Christi to remove two (2) 16 inch
waterlines located at the Harbor Bridge crossing.
These lines currently feed water to the North Beach area.The City of Corpus Christi wants to evaluate the
effects of pipe removal on the distribution system along with possible feasible alternatives to meet water
demands in North Beach area. In order to evaluate this scenario,the City's utility department wishes to use
the City of Corpus Christi Hydraulic Water Model to run various scenarios and perform the evaluation using
in house staff.
The purpose of this Task Authorization is to provide technical assistance to the City staff in running the
model, troubleshooting any problems and evaluating the results.
SCOPE OF WORK
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Task 0009 — General Engineering
The Engineer will perform the following:
• Attend meetings with City staff to discuss the scenario to be evaluated and troubleshoot
problems.
• Provide technical support as requested by the City.

SCHEDULE
The schedule for this task authorization will be based on the needs of the City.

FEE
The services under this task authorization will be provided on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. The
anticipated amount for this task authorization is$6,740,as shown in ATTACHMENT A.The Engineer shall
not incur cost in excess of this Not-to-exceed amount without prior written authorization from the City.
TASK AUTHORIZATION MANAGER
The Task Authorization Manager will be the primary contact person during the performance of this work.
