This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated June 4, 2018 (Agreement). Consultant
shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the Agreement. This
Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,this Task Order
shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: 18098A Master Services Agreement for Professional Survey Services
Task Order No. 1 18098B Ocean Drive Lots 7 & 8, Block 1 / Poenisch Park/Geo ID 5953-0001-0070
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Survey to comply with the current minimum technical requirements adopted by
the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying and the Category IB - Condition II Land Survey
requirements set forth by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors as shown in the current Manual of
Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas. Corner markers to be metal pins per client request.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES.Task Order No. 1 —professional survey services is described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 1 only is $2,250.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 10-15 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All either terns and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

Scope of Services
TASK 1 —SUBMITTALS
1.1 Category 1B,Condition II Land Survey
Survey to comply with the current minimum technical requirements adopted by the
Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying and the Category 1B—Condition II
Land Survey requirements set forth by the Texas Society of Professional
Surveyors as shown in the current Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in the
State of Texas. Corner markers to be metal pins per client request.
Deliverable will be a scanned PDF and signed hardcopy originals are available
upon request.
Total Fixed Fee: $2,250.00
Deliverable will be 10-15 Business Days from notice to proceed and receipt of a current title
commitment.
This proposal is based on the current rate sheet and is valid for 30 days.
