This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing by
and between City of Corpus Christi, Texas (City)and Tolunay-Wonq Engineers, Inc., (Lab)dated January 16%
2018 by Motion No. M2018-005 (Agreement). Lab shall perform services on the project described below as
provided in this Task Order and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly
signed by both parties. Upon execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the
project described below.

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: E10200 La Volla Creek Channel Excavation
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES—GeoTech and/or Construction Material Services to observe,test and report for the
E10200 La Volla Creek Channel Excavation project, and as more fully described in Exhibit A.
3. COMPENSATION—The total amount not to exceed for this Task Order only is $4,575.00.
This Task Order is approved, and Lab may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in
full force and effect.

Dear Ms. West,
As discussed, Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. (TWE) is providing a revised proposal to include
additional geotechnical engineering services for the referenced project requested by HDR in their
letter to Alan Plummer Associates, Inc., dated May 11, 2018. The estimated costs provided below
covers the additional requested services.
The original scope of services includes drilling and soil sampling for 9 borings to depth of 10-ft and
2 borings to depth of 20-ft, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis/report preparation. The
revised scope of services includes drilling and soil sampling for 14 borings to depths of 10-ft and 2
borings to depth of 20-ft,additional laboratory testing,and engineering analysis/report preparation.
• Estimated cost for original scope of services $10,655.00
• Estimated cost for revised scope of services $15,230.00
Estimated cost increase due to additional soil borings and laboratory testing $4,575.00
We understand that a Task Order in the amount of$4,575.00 will be issued to cover the additional
services requested. We have received Task Order No. 5 which serves as authorization for the services.
Presently,we plan to begin the field work(soil borings)on the week of June 11`x',2018. We should have
a more definitive schedule next week. We anticipate that the additional scope of services will extend the
field services by one (1) day and the laboratory testing schedule by an additional one (1) week.
Therefore,the overall schedule will be extended to five(5)weeks.
