1. Appointment of Frank Schwing, Jr. as a Director of the Corpus Christi
Housing Finance Corporation, Corpus Christi Industrial Development
Corporation and the Corpus Christi Health Facilities Development
Corporation to serve the remaining portion of the vacant two-year term
ending May 1, 1989, with the provision that the appointment is in
conformity with the By-Laws of the individual corporations.
