3. Approving a supply agreement for fine paper to Jim Walter Papers based on
best bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $67,745. The term of this
agreement will be twelve months with option to extend for an additional
twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager
or his designee. These items will be used for the Stationery Stores
Inventory.
