HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2018-383 - 7/31/2018 - Approved CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AMENDMENT NO. 1 CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY," and Spire Consulting Group, LLC., hereinafter called "CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for Horne Road - Ayers to Port (Project No. E12100) as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract May 30, 2018 Administrative Approval $49,999.00 IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, EXHIBIT A, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit A. IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, COMPENSATION shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to exceed 20,000.00 (in figures)Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents (in words) for a total restated fee not to exceed $69,999.00 (in figures) Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Dollars and Zero Cents (in words). Our estimate anticipates myself being deposed and testifying at trial given the current scheduling order. It does not include expenses or testimony presentation. Should counsel request us to develop a testimony presentation for trial, we would need to increase our budget. Please let us know if you have any questions.
