AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi,Texas, hereinafter called"CITY,"and Frank Brogan Consulting hereinafter
called "CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES on Desalination Industrial Plant—Project Logistical Support(Project No. 18105A) as
authorized and administratively amended by:
Original Contract June 14, 2018 Administrative Approval $49,500.00
EXHIBIT A Scope of Services shall be modified to provide support for Alternate Water Supplies RFI
No. 2018-08 under this zero-dollar Amendment. These support services will be provided on as-needed
basis in addition to desalination support. The original scope of desalination support is reduced.
ARTICLE 3 COMPENSATION, Paragraph 3.1 shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit A for
an additional fee not to exceed $0.00 for a total restated fee not to exceed $49,500.00.
All other terms and conditions of the June 14, 2018 contract between the "CITY" and "CONSULTANT"
and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

To provide assistance with the RFI for Alternative Water Supplies
Dear Mark:
I understand the City of Corpus Christi would like me to provide assistance in regard to the
recently issued—"Request for Information(RFI)No. 2018-08—Alternative Water Supplies"
process. I am pleased to offer my services for this important effort.
Based on my discussions with your staff, I have prepared the following Contract Amendment
No. 1 for your consideration:
Additional Scone of Work: The following tasks are to be added to the Purchase Order
referenced above.
1. Review the "Request for Information (RFI)No. 2018-08—Alternative Water Supplies"
that was issued on August 15,2018.
2. Review any posted notifications or changes to the RFI.
3. Review questions submitted by respondents.
4. Assist city staff in preparing answers to the respondents' questions.
5. Assist city staff in reviewing and evaluating RFI Responses(RFIR).

Changes in Contract Amount: No Change in the amount of the Purchase Order referenced
above.
Schedule: I am prepared to start work immediately upon your authorization of this Contract
Amendment.

work with the City of Corpus Christi on this assignment.
