WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the State and the Local Government executed a contract on the 17th day of February 2017 to effectuate their agreement to improvements and interconnection of existing traffic signals at multiple locations within the City of Corpus Christi; and, WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend that contract; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual covenants and agreements of the parties, the State and the Local Government do agree as follows: AGREEMENT 1. Description of Amended Items As per attachment C budget description was modified to state the local government is responsible for 100%of overruns. This change is needed to conform with state funding requirements. Also, at the request of the Local Government CSJ 0916-35-183 has been removed from the agreement. Attachment C will be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment C-1. There is no change in the scope of the AFA. All other provisions of the original contract are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
