AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY," and Chuck Anastos Associates, LLC,
hereinafter called "ARCHITECT," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional
Services for Greenwood WWTP Building Interior Refresh FMAC(Prosect No. 18075A)as authorized
and administratively amended by:
Original Contract May 29, 2018 Administrative Approval $25,000.00
EXHIBIT A, SCOPE OF SERVICES, BASIC SERVICES and ADDITIONAL SERVICES shall be
modified as shown in the attached Exhibit A.
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, ARTICLE III, COMPENSATION shall be modified as shown in the
attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to exceed $15,000.00 (in figures) Fifteen Thousand Dollars
and Zero Cents (in words) for a total restated fee not to exceed $40,000.00 (in figures) Forty
Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents (in words).
All other terms and conditions of the May 29, 2018 contract between the "CITY" and "ARCHITECT" and
of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed - :in shall remain in full force
and effect.

Re: Request for Amendment#01 to the AE fee for the Greenwood WVVTP Building Interior
Refresh, City Project#18075A
Mr. Edmonds:
We respectfully request Amendment#01 to the Contract AE Fee on the above referenced
City Project. The additional AE fees are requested for the conversion of the existing
Maintenance Building into additional offices, including the following:
1. Refresh the existing office space including the preparation and paint all existing wails;
install new VCT flooring overlay; replace existing light fixtures with high efficiency LED
11 fixtures; install new thermostat(s); replace existing HVAC grilles and registers with new;
increase the height of the existing server box; install solar screen roll-up window
treatments; clean and paint all doors /frames; and install room signage, meeting TAS
requirements.
2. Convert existing storage room into an office including the preparation and paint all
ARCHITECTURE existing walls and ceiling; clean and paint all doors and frames; construct chase(s)
INTERIOR DESIGN around existing AC compressor at SE corner of room; relocate two (2) compressed air
lines into warehouse; install new VCT flooring overlay; replace existing light fixtures with
high efficiency LED fixtures; replace existing HVAC grilles and registers with new; and
install room signage, meeting TAS requirements.
3. Remodel existing restroom including the relocation of lockers into warehouse area;
thoroughly clean the floor, walls and ceiling; replace of existing light fixtures with high
efficiency LED fixtures; replace existing HVAC grilles and registers with new; and the
preparation and paint all existing walls and ceiling; and install room signage, meeting
TAS requirements.
4. Refresh existing warehouse space including the review and verification that the existing
heaters are functioning correctly: install owner supplied ice machines with inline filter(s);
replace existing drinking fountain with accessible high-low fountain; install TAS compliant
room signage; replace of existing light fixtures with high efficiency LED fixtures; clean
existing AC compressor (exterior); and install room signage, meeting TAS requirements.
