This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City)and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated June 4, 2018 (Agreement). Consultant
shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the Agreement. This
Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,this Task Order
shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: 18098A Master Services Agreement for Professional Survey Services
Task Order No. 6 18098G Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm Garden Tract, Parcels A & B out of Lots 15 & 16,
Section 25 Yorktown Boulevard and Rodd Field Road (E15112 Rodd Field Road Expansion (Saratoga to
Yorktown) Bond 2014 Prop 21
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Prepare Metes and Bounds with Exhibit.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES.Task Order No. 6—professional survey services is described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 6 only is $2,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 7-14 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full forc- -.d effect.

Scope of Services
TASK 1 —SUBMITTALS
1.1 Metes and Bounds with Exhibit (Per Exhibit)Parcels A&B
Locate existing facility as per visible above ground Improvement.
Prepare Metes and Bounds with Exhibit, based on field location of facility for
Parcel A.
Fixed Fee: $2,500.00
Deliverable will be 7-14 Business Days from notice to proceed and receipt of a current title
commitment.
This proposal is based on the current rate sheet and is valid for 30 days.
