Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 5 Public Involvement shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 6, Exhibit"A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section 3 Fees shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached Amendment No. 6, Exhibit "B" Summary of Fees for a fee not to exceed $9,882.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $1,077,244.00. (FNI)would respectfully request your consideration of our amendment#6 for Ocean Drive—Louisiana Ave.to Buford St. (City Project No. E12093). The amendment includes additional public outreach to support the median landscaping construction and coordination. FNI respectfully requests a contract amendment in the amount of$9,882.00 to address the additional time and effort required to support these additional efforts. The proposed scope is further defined below: Scope of Services Additional Services Additional Public Outreach 1. Provide additional public outreach support and coordination for the landscaping and irrigation improvements on Ocean Drive. Conduct additional meetings with property owners on Ocean Drive to coordinate and receive feedback on the landscaping improvements. Prepare a detailed site visit report with photographs and feedback received from property owners. 2. Participate in three(3)additional meetings with City Staff to coordinate the landscaping improvements and public response to inquiries. 3. Prepare additional exhibits,visual renderings,and presentations for a landscaping public meeting held on March 26,2018 at the Lindale Senior Center. FNI and its landscaping subconsultant attended the meeting and provided a presentation.
