RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 to
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY, and Turner Ramirez Architects,
hereinafter called "CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional
Services for Community Park Development and Improvements — West Guth Park (Project No.
E14016) as authorized and administratively amended by:
Original Contract February 21, 2017 Motion No. M2017-026 S125,919.00
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, EXHIBIT A, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be modified as shown in
the attached Exhibit A.
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, ARTICLE III - COMPENSATION shall be modified as shown in the
attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to exceed $1,239.70 for a total restated fee not to exceed
$127,158.70.
All other terms and conditions of the February 21, 2017 contract between the "CITY" and
"CONSULTANT" and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein
shall remain in full force and effect.

Dear Mr. Pena:
Please accept this letter as our proposal to perform the professional services required
for Asbestos Testing for the West Guth Park Pavilion Demolition in Corpus Christi, TX.
Project Description and Task List:
To provide the required asbestos inspection, analysis, report and mobilization and
demobilization services for the existing pavilion located at West Guth Park. The existing
pavilion is slated for demolition and is to be replaced with a new pavilion as part of the
on-going improvements to West Guth Park.
Scope of Services:
1. Optional Services
• Asbestos Inspection.
• Asbestos Analysis.
• Asbestos Report.
• Mobilization and De-mobilization.
Fees:
A. Fees for WE services include:
• Shipping Costs
• Printing Costs
