SCOPE OF WORK We have prepared Contract Amendment No. 7 (CA7) to our Rodd Field Expansion NE Contract to cover additionally requested Design Phase engineering and Additional Services efforts necessary to: Basic Services (Design Phase: Relocate Storm Trunk & Extend Brooke Road) A. Reconfiguration and re-issue 77 plan sheets necessary to facilitate the following: 1. Relocation of the Storm Water trunk line from the west side of the roadway to the east side including modifications to all laterals and outfalls. 2. Design a widened section of Brooke to extend 100'to the east and west to facilitate future expansion of this roadway. Additional Services (Traffic Signalization Design for Brooke Road Intersection) B. Design and issue new plan sheets for construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Brooke and Rodd Field per Additive Alternate No. 1. C. Add Contract value to existing item for Additional Design Meetings and Project Coordination (T&M). The additional work described has been broken out into the corresponding manhours and is detailed on Exhibits A& B. II. CONTRACT CONDITIONS LJA will perform the above-described work for the fees established below. Any engineering efforts requested outside of the stated scope of work will require another amendment to the contract and additional fees.
