CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO. 1
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Chuck Anastos and
Associates, LLC ("Consultant'), agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for

Original Contract April 24, 2018 Administrative Approval $29,048.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A,Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No.
1, Exhibit A.
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A, Fees shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit A for a fee not to exceed $3,500.00,for a total restated fee not to exceed $32,548.00.
All other terms and conditions of April 24, 2018 Contract for Professio al ices between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specific7ily ad fir ssed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

This is a Request for Amendment#01 to Contract AE Fee for the above referenced City Project. The additional
AE fees are required for the following:
1. AE Services to provide coordination for temporary HVAC operational in existing building, including
multiple site visits with facility maintenance, Malik&AEP.
