CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO. 1
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Chuck Anastos and
Associates, LLC ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for
Project Name/No.: 18071A Wooldridge Lift Station Repairs (FMAC)
Original Contract _ April 19, 2018 Administrative Approval $35,000.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A, Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit A.
In the Original Contract,Exhibit A, Fees shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit A for a fee not to exceed $2,750.00,for a total restated -- not to exceed$37,750.00.
All other terms and conditions of April 19, 2018 Contract for Professional ery A between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically -ddre = herein shall remain in full
force and effect. a

This is a Request for Amendment#01 to Contract AE Fee for the above referenced City Project. The additional
AE fees are required for the following:
1. AE Services required for scope change and resubmission of all new sheets after final sealed set was
approved and submitted, including replot and reseal of entire set of drawings.
Current Fee for Basic Services: Requested Additional Fee for Basic Services:
1. Preliminary Phase =$ 5,000.00
2. Design (Construction Documents) Phase =$ 20,000.00 ADD: $ 2,750.00
3. Bid Phase =$ 500.00
