This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas(City)and Hanson Professional Services(Consultant)dated August 14,2018(Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: 18096A Master Services Agreement for Solid Waste Technical Support
Task Order No. 1 18096B General Technical Services Consulting
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. This task will encompass general consulting service resources to be provided
on a time and material basis to respond to department needs as they arise. The services anticipated to be
performed under this task would include, but not be limited to, such efforts as assisting the City with
operations and maintenance issues, guidance on permitting questions or clarifications, agency records
research and retrieval, cost effectiveness evaluations and small construction contract design.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES. Task Order No. 1 — professional services is described in Exhibit "A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 1 only is $150,000.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force .id effect.

TASK 18096B — GENERAL TECHNICAL SERVICES CONSULTING
Dear Mr. Edmonds,
Thank you for the opportunity to provide the City of Corpus Christi with this proposal for
professional engineering, consulting and related services to address the needs of the Solid Waste
Services Department through the Master Services Agreement(MSA) between Hanson
Professional Services Inc. (Hanson) and the City. This proposal will identify a specific task to be
performed under the MSA, providing a brief description of the task objective and services to be
provided. This project is for assistance to the Solid Waste staff with general technical services
consulting and includes the following scope and budget:
General Technical Services Consulting. This task will encompass general consulting
service resources to be provided on a time and material basis to respond to department
needs as they arise. The services anticipated to be performed under this task would
include, but not be limited to, such efforts as assisting the City with operations and
maintenance issues, guidance on permitting questions or clarifications, agency records
research and retrieval, cost effectiveness evaluations and small construction contract
design. This task will be performed on a time and materials basis for an amount not to
exceed $150,000.00.
We look forward to assisting the City and supporting the Solid Waste Services department in their
efforts to provide quality services to the Corpus Christi community. We also value our on-going
