AGREEMENT TO EXTEND SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR TENNIS CENTER
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Whereas,on August 28, 2018, the City of Corpus Christi ("the City") and Sweet Spot Tennis,
LLC ("Contractor") entered into a Service Agreement for Al Kruse Tennis Center Management
and for 1-IEB Tennis Center Management(each referred to as a"Service Agreement");
Whereas,each of the current Service Agreements will expire December 31,2018;
Whereas, two separate requests for proposals were issued for the management of HEB Tennis
Center and Al Kruse Tennis Centers, and the current timelines to award the new service
agreements extend into January 2019;
NOW,THEREFORE,TIIE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The term of each of Service Agreement is extended until February 28,2019.
2. This Agreement to extend each of the Service Agreements takes effect upon signature by the
City Manager after City Council approval.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Service Agreement remain in effect except as modified
by this Agreement.
