WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease.
NOW THEREFORE,these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended,
effective 0 9/1/2 018 as follows:
Change paragraph 2 to read: OPTION: Subject to availability of funds, this Lease may,
at the option of the Government be renewed annually on the fiscal year through June 30,
2038.
All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain In force and effect
