Motion to appoint Juan Garza who currently serves as an Assistant City Manager
as City Manager as the City of Corpus Christi effective immediately; that the
terms and conditions of such appointment be established by the City Council
consistent with the City Charter and Compensation Plan after conferring with Mr.
Garza; and that a confirming Resolution with said terms be passed.
