1. Approving a supply agreement for ready-mix concrete with South Texas
Materials Company based on the low bid of $17,497. The term of the
contract will be twelve months with option to extend for an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager
or his designee. The concrete will be used by various City Departments.
