Box 9277 Corpus Christi, TX 78469-9277 RE: PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR PACKERY CHANNEL RESTORATION (H17019) PROPOSAL FOR AMENDMENT 2: ASSISTANCE WITH ISAC MEETINGS Dear Mr. Edmonds: Thank you for inviting HDR to submit this proposal for professional engineering services for continued support on the Packery Channel Restoration Project. HDR is currently providing preliminary design services for this project. The City has requested a proposal from HDR for additional services to assist with Island Strategic Action Committee (ISAC) meetings. HDR's proposed scope and fee for these additional services is provided below. SCOPE OF SERVICES HDR proposes to provide the following services for assistance with up to four ISAC meetings: - Participate in up to four pre-meetings at City Hall for preparation with City staff prior to scheduled ISAC meetings. - Prepare up to four PowerPoint presentations. - Attend and, if requested by City, provide presentations at up to four ISAC meetings to be held in Corpus Christi on north Padre Island. FEE, DELIVERABLES, AND SCHEDULE HDR proposes to provide these additional services as an amendment to our existing contract on a time and materials basis for a not-to-exceed amount of $14,143, increasing our overall fee from $351,005 to $365,148. A cost summary for these services is provided in Table 1, and a detailed fee breakdown is provided in the attached manhour and expense estimate. Any work outside the proposed Scope will be added, with authorization from the City, through a formal Scope Change Document and associated fee agreement.
