The Grantor will construct a temporary drainage channel from the existing underground system in accordance with plans and specifications provided to and approved by the Grantee's Director of Public Works or designee (Director). When the surrounding property is platted, permanent underground storm drainage improvements will be constructed by the Grantor in accordance with the Grantee's Unified Development Code.
